  A fter thirteen months since the outbreak of the Russia-Ukraine warfare , neither country will likely be able to achieve absolute victory[ 2 ], while confronting the daunting possibility of war protraction. Thus, now is high time to identify its root cause in search for an end to the warfare. True, Russian’s aggression against Ukraine for some is evident, but it is a result, rather than a cause, of the circumstances, as in the common saying “ there is no smoke without fire ”. Given that Ukraine neither made an armed attack nor deliberated an imminent attack against Russia, its armed invasion seems to constitute a quintessential case of one nation-state’s unprovoked aggression against another according to basic international law. Le imprese italiane modernizzeranno il settore della fornitura di gas in Uzbekistan

Il 28 e il 29 marzo a Milano sono stati firmati accordi tra il presidente del consiglio di amministrazione dell’ azienda di fornitura di gas “ Khududgaztaminot JSC ” dell' Uzbekistan Bakhodir Eshmuratov e aziende italiane, volti a migliorare l'approvvigionamento di gas nel Paese dell'Asia centrale e formare specialisti in questo settore. Alla cerimonia della firma ha partecipato l' Ambasciatore dell'Uzbekistan in Italia Otabek Akbarov . Secondo gli accordi la Khududgaztaminot JSC insieme all’azienda Pietro Fiorentini , di cui l’Amministratore Delegato è il Dott. Cristiano Nardi , avvierà l'implementazione di un progetto per modernizzare e ricostruire il sistema di distribuzione del gas dell'Uzbekistan. Il costo del progetto sarà di 200 milioni di euro, che saranno finanziati della Banca Intesa Sanpaolo sotto la copertura assicurativa dell’Agenzia Italiana Crediti all’esportazione SACE . Nell'ambito dell'accordo è prevista anche la creazione di
