Gli altri sono comparse.  I grandi leader sono quelli che capiscono i tempi giusti e li dominano, senza subirli e ottenendo il massimo dalle situazioni del momento. Il tempo giusto per la Russia è quello attuale per ottimizzare consolidando le conquiste fatte e ottenendo un’Ucraina fuori dalla Nato .
