Il trionfo dei due giganti e il declino dell’Europa

  di Giacomo Maria Prati Putin incassa una notevole vittoria politica con “l’improvviso” prossimo incontro con Trump , evidentemente programmato dai due da tempo. Loro decidono i tempi. Gli altri sono comparse.  I grandi leader sono quelli che capiscono i tempi giusti e li dominano, senza subirli e ottenendo il massimo dalle situazioni del momento. Il tempo giusto per la Russia è quello attuale per ottimizzare consolidando le conquiste fatte e ottenendo un’Ucraina fuori dalla Nato . Il tempo giusto degli Usa è l’attuale per ottenere a buon prezzo le materie prime russe e una collaborazione geopolitica preziosa, per impedire che i Brics di divenire un blocco coeso, avvantaggiando la Russia in cambio di un nuovo approccio internazionale che mantenga l’asse russoamericano quale principale baricentro internazionale.  Questo scenario cambierebbe le dinamiche sia interne all’Occidente che dentro i Brics potendo favorire approcci più integrati e più costruttivi.   A fter two years and four months since its outbreak, the War in Ukraine has turned out to be arguably the most significant event in contemporary international relations. Although its warfare is limited to the geographic areas centered on eastern and southeastern parts of the country, the War has involved global political and economic confrontation between Russia and the U.S.-led West. Evidently, with the BRICS and major Global South countries having taken non-U.S., if not anti-U.S., stances, the War is rapidly transforming the already severely declined U.S. hegemony into an embryonic multipolar world order .
