  Digital technology and Artificial Intelligence ( AI ) pose threats to human right to freedom of thought [1], identified in terms of threats to the right not to reveal one’s thoughts, not to be penalized for one’s thoughts, and not to have one’s thoughts manipulated. To lose freedom of thought is to lose dignity and psychological integrity at the individual level, and social fairness and trust at the level of society. Rights to freedom of thought and dignity [2] are protected by international human rights law, with the clear understanding that what the latter aims to secure is mental autonomy [1, 2]. Cooperative security is the only sustainable approach to conflict prevention

  The future of European security depends on recognizing that cooperative security is the only sustainable approach to preventing conflict. The Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) provides a ready-made framework for de-escalation, but it has remained underutilized in favour of North-Atlantic Treaty Organisation’s (NATO) threat-based security architecture. The result has been perpetual security dilemmas, particularly in Eastern Europe, where NATO expansion has triggered counter-reactions from Russia. Dal Barocco alla modernità

Lunedì 10 marzo 2025 ore 20, presso la Chiesa Luterana di Napoli terzo concerto del “ Festival Barocco Napoletano ” a cura del dott. Massimiliano Cerrito. Nel concerto si esibiranno tre artisti di fama internazionale: il raffinato soprano Paola Francesca Natale , l’eclettico pianista e direttore Keith Goodman, ed il virtuoso chitarrista francese Frederic Bernard , con un ricco repertorio che spazierà dal barocco alla modernità, con musiche di Scarlatti, Bach, Sor, Brouwer e altri. Il Festival Barocco Napoletano (giunto alla sua ottava edizione) si propone da anni la valorizzazione e la riscoperta del grande repertorio barocco e classico della scuola napoletana, spaziando però’ anche in altre epoche trovando fili conduttori e connessioni tra autori ed epoche varie. The United States and Russia – guarantors of energy stability and peace in the 21st century

  Bogoljub Karić , a prominent Serbian businessman, philanthropist, and visionary, addressed an open letter to US President  Donald Trump   and Russian President  Vladimir Putin , urging them to take on historic responsibility as guarantors of energy stability and global peace. Karić calls on Presidents Putin and Trump to reach a landmark energy agreement.  “ The world stands at a historic turning point, where the two leading powers, the United States and the Russian Federation, have a unique opportunity to resolve the issue of energy security and global stability once and for all.
